2011 is here and I have high hopes for Kaden Collies. We attended a training day which was run by Jamie and Peta Bauers which was great, ironed out a few problems and came home with a list of improvements I would like to make. It is great to see people who have succeeded in trialling like Tony Jackson help others in the sport, as it is not easy. Kate and I are now busy learning as much about sheep as we can, we have put together a small flock of good quaility dorpers, if you are going to use sheep might as well be good ones. Tiny has the job of bringing them up every morning and the improvement in her is amazing, her work has become controlled and calm, she has earnt her spot at Kadens. We are also putting together our breeding programe for the year and am quite excited about the direction in which we are going, will keep you informed. Enjoy the new year!!
